No one in this video is interested in seat belt safety.

The build-up to Dreamchasers 4 may have been a long one, but now that Meek Mill’s latest mixtape has arrived he’s been busy sharing music videos left and right.

On Halloween (Oct. 31), Meek premiered “Shine” and one day later he’s following it up with “The Difference” featuring Quavo from Migos.

The video takes place on the back streets at night. Besides hanging around together, Meek and his crew ride around in expensive cars, and Meek has gotten his car tricked out so that the interior roof looks like hundreds of stars.

As for his performance, it’s fair to say he’s not touting seat belt safety. Keeping his right foot on the gas, Meek raps “The Difference” through an open door with his left leg hanging out the side and nearly touching the street. Quavo rides shotgun, delivering his verse by sitting on the passenger side’s open door as it rolls slowly down the street. It all looks pretty cool, though.
