BMG Rights Management is suing DJ Mustard and Omarion for their hit ‘Post To Be.’ According to documents filed in federal court the company says that in 2014 Chris Brown’s song ‘Came To Do’ from his ‘X’ project DJ Mustard and Omarion may have jacked it and used if for ‘Post To Be.’  The documents claim that “pitches, intervals, rhythmic durations and beat placements” are identical to Chris Brown’s song.

BMG is asking for $150k for each time they infringed on the song with at the very least $300k in damages.
